نظراً لحاجة الجامعة إلى شغل وظائف أكاديمية بالكفاءات الوطنية المؤهلة علمياً وعملياً وفق البيان المر فق.
مع مراعاة الاشتراطات وإحضار الوثائق اللازمة التالية :
1ـ تعبئة نموذج طلب الالتحاق للوظيفة .
2ـ صورة مصدقة من المؤهل بتقدير لايقل عن ( جيدجداً ) + كشف الدرجات
3ـ صورة مصدقة من شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك ( لوظيفة معيد فقط )
4ـ صورة من إثبات الهوية الوطنية .
5ـ السيرة الذاتية .
6ـ صورتين شمسية (بالنسبة للرجال) .
7ـ إشعار التقديم الالكتروني على الوظيفة .
8ـ أن لا يزيد عمر المتقدم عن ( 29 ) سنة للمعيد و ( 34 ) سنة للمحاضر و ( 45 ) سنة لحاملي درجة الدكتوراه .
9ـ وبالنسبة للمتقدمين من موظفي الدوائر الحكومية لابد من إحضار خطاب موافقة مبدئي من جهة عملهم الحالية والذي يفيد بنقل خدماتهم إلى ملاك جامعة أم القرى في حال ترشيحهم على احد الوظائف خلال فترة التقديم .
وعلى جميع المتقدمين والمتقدمات التقديم على موقع الجامعة (www.uqu.edu.sa ) وتعبئة نموذج الالتحاق بالوظائف الأكاديمية عن طريق البوابة الالكترونية ، ويتم تسليم ملفات المتقدمين والمتقدمات بعد تعبئة نموذج طلب الالتحاق الالكتروني والحصول على رقم طلب مباشرة من الاثنين الموافق 21/5/1432هـ وحتى الأربعاء 1/6/1432هـ ، وذلك في مقر الكلية أو المعهد الذي تتبع له الوظيفة المُقدم عليها مع إرفاق إشعار التقديم بعد طباعته في الموقع الالكتروني للجامعة مع التأكيد على عدم قبول أي ملف بعد فترة التقديم المذكورة .
10-سيتم الإعلان عن موعد الاختبارات التحريرية والمقابلات الشخصية للمرشحين عن طريق موقع الجامعة (WWW.uqu.edu.sa) في صفحة الكلية او المعهد المقدم للوظيفة.
